What can FloorStage help with?
AI photo editing: AI HDR editing, virtual staging, day to twilight, relight, unstaging, AI edits and 3D staging editor. Custom floor plans: 2D, 3D and site plans drawn by people from a LiDAR scan, sketch, existing plan or Matterport link, and the 3D Experience buyers explore in the browser. Floor plan software: draw your own 2D floor plans in the browser. Client galleries: your photos, plans and 3D on one link for your client.
Do I need an account to message you?
No. Anyone can use this form. Ordering floor plans and using the AI tools needs an account, and joining is free.
I have an account. Where do I ask about an order?
Sign in and message us from inside the app: Message us in the help menu (?) at the top, or Send feedback in the menu on a phone. Your message reaches us with your account and the page you were on.
How much does FloorStage cost?
Joining is free. AI edits are paid per photo with tokens (AI HDR is one price per set), and custom floor plans are paid per order. Every price is shown before you pay, with no monthly minimum.
How long does a floor plan take?
A 2D floor plan takes 1 business day; the order form shows the time for every option. Our production team works Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm (GMT+7), and an order placed outside those hours starts when the team is next in.
Do the AI tools work outside your hours?
Yes. The AI tools are always on, so you can run an edit any time. Only custom floor plans and staging orders wait for the team.
